What We Do
For more than 12 years the Original London Pub Co has provided vetted working holidaymakers
from Australia, New Zealand and Canada for ’full time live in’ positions throughout
the UK.
With ease you can view a selection of candidates files consisting of CV’s, recruiters
comments, references and photos suitable to your requirements aiding your ability
to select your preferred levels of experience, customer service background or indeed
timing of the positions to be filled when outgoing staff hand in their notice giving
you piece of mind and knowing your staffing levels will be in order well before
your current staff leave.
We offer a simple process of contacting the UK office either by email (

mobile (0789 1636556). If you do not catch us immediately, we will be in touch by
return. Submit your requirements and you can then view candidates files for scrutiny
and selection be it singles, friends or couples happy to fill front and back of
house positions.
The more notice you can give regarding your recruiting needs the better the selection
we can provide although we can have candidates available at a moments notice. We
are only a call away.
We may also be able to offer qualified catering candidates of various levels so
do contact us if a chef/cook/kitchen porter is your requirement.
We again stress this service is FREE OF CHARGE to the Employer for all general
front of house or kitchen hand staff requirements.
All candidates obtain required visa documentation to work in the UK prior to departure
and intend to stay and work for varying lengths of time from a minimum of 3 months
and many look to stay 6 months or more and up to the full two years of the visa.
Process
Simply contact the UK office with your staffing requirements informing us of the
preferred date you wish to accommodate a candidate. Upon your selection we can agree
to a short Q&A about the terms of the position offered.
We will require a "guide" to:
Position:
Aspects/duties of the position. Hours and pay structure including any deductions
for accommodation and food provisions. Approximate nett pay.
Accommodation:
Standard, facilities (e.g. room sharing, bedding, furniture items etc).
Also:
Uniform requirements. Any other relevant information.
The candidates’ arrival day and the following day need to be free time to recover
from the journey, orientation and settle into the new environment.

with little-to-no recruitment experience, Further more, the Original London Pub
Co also offer loyalty programs for any Managers or Breweries interested in giving
our company first preference on their staff placements.
